Overview

A European hydronic-systems manufacturer's UK operation was buying pressure transducers across several legacy purchasing codes. Quality Lab Solutions consolidated them onto a single transducer platform — one model, selectable outputs — backed by OEM supply terms.

The challenge

The legacy mix spanned different pressure ranges and outputs, hundreds of units a year across variants, plus separate pressure switches — and a supplier history that included field failures.
