Pressure Transducers

QPress – QCP-PUREGAS 1400 Series

The QCP-PUREGAS 1400 Series is an ultra-high-purity pressure transducer for high-purity and specialty gases in semiconductor and electronics fabrication. VCR metal-face-seal fittings provide a leak-tight, particle-free connection, and the sensor covers gauge and compound ranges to 210 bar at ±0.5 % FS with a 4–20 mA output. It suits clean gas distribution, gas cabinets and process tools where contamination cannot be tolerated and line integrity is critical.
