QPress – QHP-MELT-01 4100 Series
The QHP-MELT-01 4100 Series is a high-temperature melt-pressure transducer for polymer extrusion and compounding lines. It measures the pressure of molten polymer where an ambient sensor would fail, covering ranges from 50 to 1000 bar at ±0.5 % FS with a 4–20 mA output. Standard 1/2-20 UNF and M18x1.5 melt-bolt threads fit extruder barrels and die heads, giving a dependable reading for line control and over-pressure protection.
